Now available, Delrin fixed spherical bushing made for non-precision trucks like Tracker and Bennett. Made to the same OD and ID of our medium sized Delrin pivot cups, machined with rounded outer edges and a 3.5mm overall thickness. We can also make a smaller 9/16" / 14mm OD version. Finished part uses a tougher black Delrin, similar to the SurfKeyZ used in IndeeSZ trucks. Designed to fit around the king pin in the center of the hanger. Its purpose is to fill that otherwise empty space providing more even compression on the two bushings and helping to reduce the uneven wear and tearing you often see in the center of the bushings. Also, filling that gap between the hanger and the king pin, the hanger is forced to pivot more precisely around the king pin without being able to flop from side to side. The Delrin material has good impact and wear resistance to stand up to the abuse of LDP skating. May need some minor filing of the hanger opening to fit the Delrin part.
